Elli is the founder and Artist of AstroManatee. Her professional journey began in 2018 while at Columbia College Chicago. Sparked by dedication to crafting affordable and size inclusive cosplay commissions as well as the joy she found in drawing digitally to bring her original D&D characters to life: AstroManatee was born.

Then in 2022, AstroManatee took to the convention circuit, engaging with people face-to-face with only a small selection of stickers and prints.

AstroManatee’s vibrant art takes inspiration from anime and J-fashion. She hopes to uplift and show representation of queer, nerdy, femme people. Having come a long way, that small selection has now grown into a wonderful array of whimsical jewelry, silly stickers, and one-of-a-kind attire; never compromising on inclusion, affordability, nor quality.
